This function is only available if the option „adavanced“ has been selected for functions under Settings/User interface.
f you would like to use the new pricing system, please contact the CloudRooms Customer Service. The new pricing system allows you to charge meals, articles, or different accommodation rates on a day-by-day basis. First, create an article under settings/items and tick the checkbox in the "In Buchung" column. If you are creating a meal article, select the appropriate setting under "Meals And Tourist Tax" according to when the meal is provided. {Bild.PNG} If you need to show the food and beverage components of a meal separately for tax purposes, create a separate article for the food and the beverages and enter the appropriate tax rates for each. 
If you offer different prices for the same meal depending on the customer category, click the gear icon next to the article and tick "Use Customer Category". You can then enter the respective prices for each customer category under "Preise". 
To ensure that your meals are correctly assigned in the system, go to settings/pricelist and, under "General", link each meal to the appropriate article and enter the correct price. 
If you have created two separate meal articles for your meal, you must first create a package containing these articles. To do this, go to Einstellungen/Preisliste, click the "Packages" button, and tick "use packages". Now click the "creae packages" button and enter the name of your meal type as the package name. Add the food and beverage articles, set the quantity to "1", and save your entry. 
Now go to }settings/pricelist again. Under "general", link the package you have created to the appropriate meal and enter the correct price. .png)
Now create a booking. In the third column of the booking, you can configure the pricing settings. In the first selection field, you can select a rate for the booking. CloudRooms automatically selects a suitable rate for you. You can adjust this rate if necessary. 
In the next field, you can enter a manual daily price for the booking.  }
If you open the row using the expand button {Bild.PNG}, you can assign an article to all days. 
If you only want to assign the article to a specific day, click the expand button for the respective day and select the article and the appropriate customer category. Then save your changes using the Save button. 
If you want to remove an article, select "remove" in the quantity selection field.  | |
