Create an invoice for a booking

How do I create an invoice from a booking?
Can I change the price before issuing the invoice?
1.Select the Booking
Open the booking calendar and choose the booking for which you want to generate an invoice.
Review Invoice Items

2.Check all invoice items to ensure that all details are correct, including nights, prices, meals, and the invoice recipient.
Use the invoice preview to verify the invoice before finalizing it.

3.Adjust Prices if Necessary
You can modify the daily rate or total amount as needed.
This ensures that the invoice reflects accurate and up-to-date pricing.
All changes will be immediately visible in the preview.

4.Select Payment Method and Create Invoice
Choose the preferred payment method (e.g., cash, credit card, bank transfer).
Once payment is received, you can mark the invoice as paid.
Click “Create Invoice” to generate the invoice.

5.Invoice Number and Restrictions
Each invoice receives a unique, sequential invoice number automatically.
Important: Once an invoice is created, invoice items cannot be deleted or added.

6.Creating Additional Invoices
If extra services or items are charged during the stay, you can create an additional invoice using the “Add Invoice” button.
This allows for separate billing of additional costs, such as minibar, parking fees, or restaurant charges.
