Booking.com guests do not receive emails from ZimmerSoftware. What can be done here? | |
To ensure that emails from ZimmerSoftware are delivered to Booking.com guests, please add the domain @zimmersoftware.at under “Approved Email Addresses” in your Booking.com Extranet.
Also make sure that the option “Block all email addresses” is disabled in the Booking.com Extranet. Only then can the messages be successfully forwarded. | |
